TERMS:
- Chek in from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm
- Chek out by 11.00 am
- Change of bathroom linen: when necessary
- Cleaning and clear up of the room: every day from 11.00am to 3.00 pm
- Pets: are not allowed
- Smoking: no smoking allowed
- Breakfast: served in the terrace from 7.30 am to 10.00 am, includes: espresso and american coffee, tea cakes and homemade marmalades, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, fruit juices; Sicilian salami and cheese, eggs. Gluten-free products
- Minibar, equipped every day, with: a bottle mineral water, a bottle of sparkling water, two Italian beers, two cokes, a half bottle of Sicilian red wine, half a bottle of Sicilian white wine, snacks
- The room price includes: the stay, the breakfast, the daily consumption of the minibar, the use of the terrace, the use of wifi, the daily linen change, the daily clear up of the room.
- Booking: at the time of booking, the Tenant/Guest must send a deposit of 30% of the cost of stay, understood as penance under Articles 1385 and 1386 CC. The reservation will be valid and binding only when Armonia srl will confirm to the Tenant Guest the receipt of the deposit
- Payment: the balance of the stay must be paid the day of arrival, immediately after delivery of the room, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CartaSi), debit card or cash.
the Tenant/Guest shall not be entitled to discounts or refunds of money if he decided, for whatever reason, to leave earlier than the agreed date
- Booking cancellation:
Free, with a total refund of the deposit, if it is made within 16 days or more before the arrival date
against payment, with loss of the deposit, if it is made within 15 days or less before the date of arrival
- The Guest is aware that Armonia s.r.l. will treat and will communicate his/her personal data to third parties in relation to the obligations connected with the rental relationship (Italian Privacy Law 1996/12/31 n. 675 and art. 13 of Legislative Decree 2003/196).
